I would like to bring my Games To Explain Human Factors: Come, Participate, Learn & Have Fun, Effective Leadership Involves Working Through Others and possibly some of my other EduTainment programs to students throughout Alaska who would not normally travel to AISES. I've contacted a couple of the professional teachers organizations suggested by Matt and there is some possibility with at least one of the organizations. I would, however, also like to work with teachers who might be interested directly. These are programs that I present at professional conferences, diversity conferences, and at middle schools, high schools, colleges and universities. They are more fun than most parties and more is retained than from a traditional lecture. To make this cost effective for everyone involved, I'd need to be able to have (say) 10 or 15 schools scheduled almost back to back. There would be some cost involved to the schools receiving the presentation (but far, far less than my normal consulting fees.)
If you would like more information or would like to work on this project with me, please let me know. We could use this discussion to develop our plans.
Hi,
I recently returned from a speaking tour at three Florida Schools: University of Central Florida (UCF), Embry-Riddle, and Florida Institute of Technology. Earlier this week I presented a similar session for a high school in Massachusetts.
